Super easy, healthy chocolate cookies.
Healthy, protein-rich, sweet cookies that can be made and devoured in 3 minutes!
I was having a major craving for a sweet chocolate-y treat, but did not want to eat anything with refined sugar, so I came up with these.
I made two types of cookies. One was, of course, made with bananas and peanut butter, and the other was banana and peanut-free! You can roll these into balls or shape them into anything you fancy. I prefer heart shapes; then you can call these sweethearts and give them to a love.
Here are some yummy add-ins:
Chocolate Chips!
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Coconut flakes
Hemp Seeds
Ground flax seed (will need to add 1-2 Tbsp extra liquid)
Nutrition powder
I would recommend these as great quick energy-boosting snacks while hiking or camping.
Makes about 10 small cookies
Chocolate Hemp Cookies
1/2 c. Oats
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 Dates (large Medjool dates)
3 Tbsp nut milk (almond, coconut, etc)
1 Tbsp Almond Butter (creamy or crunchy)
Optional: 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
