This juice is light and sweet with a tinge of fluffy creaminess from the pears. Even with 7 stalks of celery, the flavor isn’t overbearing, and the blend is just right.
I threw in 2 small nectarines, but 1 large peach or apple would be great as substitutes. You can omit that part altogether.
