I wrote a post a few months ago about my absolute favorite smoothie- BMS (Banana, Mango, Spinach) Smoothie– which I drink almost every morning for breakfast. I have not grown tired of it (it is still my favorite), but lately I’ve been enjoying blueberries! Mmm!
In addition to their delicious, sweet taste, blueberries offer many benefits for our health! Here is a list of some of the health benefits these berries offer:

I choose to add a large portion of spinach to this smoothie, which makes the color turn out to be a bit more of a brownish purple.
BBS- Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie
1 c Blueberry (raw or frozen)
5 Bananas
Spinach (1-2 large handfuls)
3/4 c Liquid- water or vegan milk (coconut, almond, hemp, rice, or soy)
1-2 c Ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
