This shake is deee-licious! I truly cannot get enough of it!
All you need are a couple of bananas, nut milk, peanut butter, and ice. I use coconut milk, but almond, rice, hemp, or soy would be great too. I would recommend throwing your peeled bananas in the freezer for the day so that your shake is thick and creamy. Also, remember to use very rip bananes (ones with lots of black spots)– the riper the banana, the sweeter the taste and the easier it is to digest. Depending on ripeness, bananas can either hinder or aid in digestion. Make sure they’re ripe so that you get all the fiber they have to offer!
PB-Banana Delight Shake
3 Bananas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c Nut Milk (coconut, almond, hemp, rice, or soy milk)
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 c Ice cubes
Blend in a high-speed blender (I use my Vitamix blender) until smooth.
